Welcome to Long Days Farm

Vegetables and Berries
We specialize in a variety of vegetables including asparagus, sugar snap peas, sweet Italian peppers, beets, carrots, and over 20 varieties of cherry tomatoes. We also grow strawberries and blueberries, and last year we planted new blueberry, raspberry and blackberry bushes. Although we are not certified organic, we use organic growing practices for all of our crops.

Culinary and Seed Garlic
We are best known for the garlic we grow. This season we are growing five varieties - Pskem River, Music, German White, Chesnock, and Phillips. All have superior flavor and lack the harsh bitterness present in most store-bought garlic. Click here for updates on seed availability, information on our varieties, planting instructions, and ordering our garlic for table and for seed.

Free-Range Eggs
We maintain a flock of around 50 golden-laced and silver-laced Wyandottes, along with a few individuals of other varieties. Our hens are completely free-range and are therefore free to forage on a variety of vegetation, seeds, and invertebrates. The chicken feed we provide is locally grown and GMO-free.
